SECURITY WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Protect the relationship.
Control the access.
Security is a combination of application controls, provider configuration and ongoing operating responsibilities.
Controls in the current platform
- Password-based accounts, confirmation and recovery workflows, with server-managed administrator permissions.
- Record-level access policies that isolate client records and restrict administrative workflows.
- Private asset storage, expiring download links and recorded staff review decisions.
- Versioned approvals and audit records for supported billing, project and service actions.
- Generic device alerts that keep private project details off lock screens.
- Website analyzer safeguards against private-network requests and unsafe redirects.
Your account protection
Use a unique password and keep your email account secure. Signed-in users can enroll an authenticator app and verify a second factor from Account Security. Authenticator enrollment requires your own device and code. Administrator access requires an authenticator code. Database policies, private file access and privileged workspace functions reject password-only administrator sessions. Client enrollment remains optional.
Files and sensitive records
Automated malware scanning is not connected. Uploaded files require staff security review; a manual review status does not certify the absence of malware. Do not upload credentials, card details or regulated client records to the general asset center.
Backups and production acceptance
Backup schedules, retention, tested restores, monitoring, recovery targets and incident responsibilities must be verified and recorded for the contracted deployment. We do not claim that an untested restore or an unconfigured control is operational.
Report a concern
Contact info@cybersecuritydoctors.com with the affected page, approximate time and a concise description. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal records. Please coordinate before intrusive testing or accessing other users’ data.
