WEBSITE & PORTAL TERMS

Clear expectations.
Better working relationships.

Updated October 27, 2026. These terms explain use of the KonnectOS website and our client-management portal. Your signed proposal or service agreement identifies the contracting provider and governs paid development and managed services.

Website use and accounts

Use the platform lawfully and only for records and accounts you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure, provide accurate business information and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Public registration creates a client account; it does not confer staff or administrator access or establish a paid service engagement.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape private records, spam users or interfere with service. Security reports can be sent to info@cybersecuritydoctors.com; contact us before performing intrusive testing.

Consultations, proposals and project approvals

A consultation submission requests contact and does not confirm an appointment or commit either party to a project. Scope, deliverables, schedule, price, ownership, support and acceptance requirements are agreed in the applicable proposal or service agreement. The public starting price is an indication for qualifying projects, not a fixed quote for every platform.

Review the exact document and version before approving a quote, milestone or change. The portal records supported approvals and their timestamps. A portal approval is not represented as an independently validated electronic-signature service. Additional billable work requires an agreed scope and client approval.

Billing and cancellation

Published quotes and invoices show the relevant scope and amounts. Payment processing is deferred in this release; follow the payment instructions separately agreed with your service provider. Deposits, payment schedules, taxes, recurring service charges, cancellation and any refund rights must be specified in your agreement. These website terms do not create a universal refund policy or authorize an automatic charge.

Demonstrations and assessments

Public industry demos use fictional records. Simulated orders, payments, messages, appointments and notifications do not place real orders or transmit business instructions. A demonstration is not a promise that all illustrated features are included in a particular engagement.

The website analyzer examines supported public signals with disclosed limitations. It is not a penetration test, compliance certification, complete accessibility assessment or guarantee of security. Only submit websites you are authorized to assess. Cost comparisons depend on entered figures, sourced templates and assumptions. Vendor terms can change; verify current pricing and your own contracts before acting.

The illustrative recurring target of 40% below selected software spending is subject to scope and feasibility. Build fees, hosting, maintenance, usage charges, migration and retained providers can affect total cost. Savings, complete product replacement and customer retention are not guaranteed. Third-party names identify comparison categories and do not imply affiliation.

Files, content and optional AI

Only upload material you have the right to share and authorize us to use for the agreed service. Avoid regulated records, credentials and payment details unless a specifically approved workflow exists. Uploads are private but automated malware scanning is not connected. File acceptance does not mean the content has passed a technical security scan.

Optional AI prepares bounded assistance and drafts. Check accuracy and review proposed actions before confirming them. Do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, tax or other professional advice. Provider availability, usage costs and sensitive-data suitability require separate evaluation.

Availability and responsibility

The service can be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or provider outages. Contracted uptime, response times, backups, recovery targets, warranties and liability provisions belong in the service agreement; no specific service-level commitment is made by a marketing page or public demo. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ownership and service changes

Your rights to your supplied content and business data are separate from rights to application code, third-party software and managed infrastructure. Review the ownership and responsibilities page and ensure your agreement addresses delivery, exports and transition assistance. Changes to agreed paid services are governed by that agreement.
